Audiobook Review: Overall – 4 Performance – 4 Story – 4 Good story & narration. This story started out just a bit slow for me but I’m glad I didn’t let that keep me from continuing on with it. A fairy and a dragon seem like an unusual pairing but it made for an interesting story and romance. There is so much more to this book than the romance, though. There’s mystery and danger and deception and exciting reveals. As far as I know this is the first book I’ve listened to performed by Jack de Winter and he did a good job. I did need to increase the playback speed quite a bit (more than I normally would) but that just might be me. I think he did a good job with the different voices he used for the many different characters in this story. I almost forgot to say that there are a lot of hot 🔥🔥🔥 scenes between magical characters. 😊 A complimentary copy of this audiobook was provided to me at my request; my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author and/or narrator.
