The story started out with a bang that had me waiting for the next thing to happen while I read the budding romance between Dominic and Arnie. The blurb is excellent so I'm not going to retell the story. I'll tell you that once I started reading it I couldn't stop. The characters were all interesting, the thrilling mystery and suspense kept me engaged from beginning to end and I did not guess who the bad person was until the author wanted me to know. I loved how supportive the town was of Arnie and his son. His parents were also wonderful. There were several secondary characters who added dimension to the story. The book had several bite-my-nails moments and the story helped reinforce how much I love a good, in depth, romantic suspense. I also enjoyed the hot sexy scenes between Arnie and Dominic.
