I waited on pins and needles to get a hold of this book and the wait was worth it! Kevin is not what he seems from the first book in this series. This insight into Kevin is an absolute joy! Seeing him evolve into a strong man and taking love in both of his hands is completely enjoyable!

I wanted to rip the headmaster's arrogant, power-hungry head off. The council needs to get off their butts and fix that or Jay is going to end up doing it for them. I love that the gnomes revolted and that's what brings down the council members. Poor Lisa and Dean. Edward was a pain in the neck and I'm glad he got the crap scared out of him by Thomas after he kept spouting off at the mouth about Jay. Kevin's dad needs a swift kick somewhere uncomfortable too. While Kevin might not be the strongest wizard out there, his abilities match perfectly with James's needs as an alpha mate. His loyalty, compassion and healing nature is a perfect balance for his alpha's aggression and protectiveness. I love James view of his mates abilities: "Healers...didn't have killer avatars that might eat him at any moment". Hilarious. I also think Jay's inventions are the best, I would love to have some of those. *snickers*

This m/m book is a mesmerizing short romantic read with some intriguing twists and a great concept that I didn’t want to end.  I haven’t read the first book in this series, but I will be taking care of that soon and looking for more books in this enchanting world of shapeshifters and wizards.

It has a great story line that makes it seem so real to me. I would love to be there for the arguing and making up parts.

This has the best twists that I have read in quite a while. It has action that boggles the mind, arguments to spice the way to great sex and dangers not expected. I would recommend reading this series because it is a pretty great read.

With love soon popping out of the woodwork, a totally unexpected villain, fast-paced action once the guys pool their resources (and that includes the gnomes), and some more wonderful "magical" details, this is another fun story that had me entertained from beginning to end. If you like stories about wizards who are less than self-confident but grow before your eyes, if you enjoy reading about men who need to figure out how not to smother their mates in possessive jealousy, and if you're looking for a light, entertaining read, then you will probably like this novella.
