If you like intense stories where the action is as much a part of events as deepening emotions between old and new lovers alike, if you think that a newly turned vampire and a curious selkie can learn to appreciate each other once they follow their hearts, and if you’re looking for a suspenseful read with plenty of action, despair, hope, and an ending that has me fear this might be the last volume in this fantastic series, then you will probably like this novel as much as I do.
