When I saw that it was revised, revamped I couldn’t say no. And I wasn’t disappointed.
The sensual behavior is not the only thing that drives this book, but the talking, learning, the playing (out of the bedroom) all make this tale wonderful.

Make no mistake, this book is pure erotica and cover-to-cover sex. But what kept me interested was watching the game behind the scenes, as each encounter contributed to the picture of the whole. The mix of chess and erotica worked well, the characters came alive and, now that the opening moves have been made, I am looking forward to the next stage of this ‘game’. If you like hot men, love to see them interacting, and think the chess analogy might intrigue you as much as it did me, you might enjoy this novella as much as I did.

A great intro into this series. It's a whole lot of hot steamy loving with genuine emotion woven throughout it all. It will be interesting to see how everything progresses.

If I had to pick one thing to describe this book I’d say it’s extremely sexual. Knight, Bishop, and Rook are an in love threesome. They are ridiculously wealthy so they spend pretty much all their time loving on each other. Knight being an artist spots Jason and thinks he’s found their fourth. Yep a foursome. What’s interesting about this is Jason (the fourth man) he’s new, and swears he’s not gay. I laughed at that because I mean he really seemed to get along just fine. I don’t know how the other books are yet but this one was for sure an introduction to the personality of these characters that Sean Michael will be playing with throughout this series. There’s no doubt I’m pretty clear on who is who and who wants and needs what. I did find myself wanting more so I suspect this should likely be a, buy the whole series at once, sort of thing. This is a low to no angst book. Fluffy, fun, erotic. If that’s your cup of tea then look no further.

Scenes were hot and heavy. The author definitely got across that the threesome love each other deeply in different ways. Adding the forth to the mix is proving to be a good decision, so far. There isn’t a cliffhanger, but I know that there are more installments to this series so I’m interested in seeing where this goes.
