  Review by Prism Book Alliance

If you are a Morticia Knight fan, you will want to pick this one up. If you aren’t start with All Fired Up, first.

Review by Long and Short Reviews

Parker really does exhibit a ton of love and patience when it comes to winning Slade over and that makes up for a lot of things. Copping an Attitude is an excellent sequel and shows that Ms. Knight can really spin an intense story. I’m anxious to see where book three takes us.

There's something so accessible about Morticia's writing. It's easy and sexy and a little fluffy. Parker was way perfect and things were on the lovey-dovey-mushy side, but I read this in just about one sitting. It's a hot little treat, the perfect antidote to a stressful day. It'll leave you with a happy sigh and a smile.

I really liked Slade and Parker’s characters; I felt like they were a great match and I loved how their relationship wasn’t an insta-love together forever type.  They both were strong characters and had to work together to overcome their differences.   I am enjoying this series quite a bit and I can’t wait for the next one in the series!

  Review by Molly Lolly Reviews

This book was really good. I like that Parker struggled with how to handle Slade and his feelings for the man. It showed that he took his job and responsibilities seriously. I felt bad for the situation Slade was in and the kind of life he was forced into. Parker treated Slade’s mood swings better than I ever could. There are characters that were introduced in this book that I want to know more about so I’m hoping there will be more in this series!

  Review by Sinfully Sexy Reviews

Yes, the sex in this book is as blazing hot as any other of Ms. Knight's novels. The author has the ability to create a situation that gives the reader an insight into powerful emotions as well as physical actions, and that is a super-hot thing to do. This book has it all - action, romance, a tad more violence than I am comfortable with, but the story was an honest one and I think Ms. Knight wrote it beautifully.

  Review by Wicked Reads

This is an unusual pairing – the patrol cop and the man forced into prostitution – but it really does work. The trafficking plot has merit and there are some clever twists, and it adds to the romance very effectively. Parker is pretty enlightened, and smitten to take on the damaged Slade/Lonnie, but the chemistry is clearly undeniable. So many issues were dealt with in a sensitive and caring way, that the feelings between the two men seem to grow very naturally. I hope that we get to see more of them in future episodes. We get a number of possible characters introduced that might feature in the limelight in subsequent installments, which was enticing.

Thank you Ms. Knight for another fascinating tale.
