I have to admit I love Morticia’s Sin City Uniforms series and Strip Search is another winner. I would recommend to everyone that if they haven’t started reading this series, they need to!

Dakota has been stripping at The Glitter Boys in Vegas for a while now but things are going downhill faster than he could’ve imagined. Reed meets Dakota when he and his partner Carlos have finished dealing with their call-out to an incident at the teen shelter and Dakota is trying to get inside the shelter to see if it’s possibly his younger brother who was one of the victims. Reed can’t believe how attracted he is to a complete stranger. Reed and Dakota have to decide are they going to act on their attraction. Not only will they have their hands full with Donny but they also have Reeds daughter to help get adjusted to the fact that her father is in a committed relationship with a man. I have to admit I love Morticia’s Sin City Uniforms series and Strip Search is another winner. I would recommend to everyone that if they haven’t started reading this series, they need to! *I received an ARC through Love Bytes Reviews for a fair and honest review.

Morticia’s Sin City Uniforms series is addicting. I loved the premise of Strip Search. Stripper with a bad boss, trying to save up for a dream, desperate for the safety of his brother… enter strong, gorgeous, stable Reed! Cop and a stripper! COME ON it’s a book made in heaven! Many time with a series, with so many characters you think they all will take on the same personalities. This is book 7 and I’m amazed how Morticia has not fallen into that trap. Each character is unique and in Strip Search we meet more wonderful players. As always Morticia has written a story with lust, love, fluff, and suspense. There’s a mixture to her work and she always balances things out perfectly. Nothing is ever saturated in one element and I always love that about her stories. This is a fabulous addition to this already wonderful series.

I really loved the balance Ms. Knight brings to her characters. Makes me want to read more by her too. When you want a well rounded, gritty, MM novel I would suggest this one highly.

Strip Search is about finding that true person who completes you. Switching the perceived roles of tough guy and twink was refreshing, and allowed the characters to complement each other in unexpected ways. Through their escapades Dakota and Reed open up to each other, settle their pasts and insecurities, and look forward to the future. The drama, exploration, and cuteness all contribute to an ultimately pleasing read.

My first in this series by Ms. Knight but certainly not my first book by this super creative word smith.

The writing was brilliant, as normal, the characters just the right amount of sass, bad ass, heart stomping, and heart stopping...

Reed and Dakota fumbling there way through parenting is priceless, Now if they could fumble there way through the rest of there lives! Such a great family unit in the end.

I really like the way she can write stories about varying aged characters and make each and every one relatable and believable. She has the teenage angst down. Reed’s daughter when they were camping cracked me up.

The older, protective, adoring side of Reed and the confused, but loyal part of Dakota that just wants to dance, be in love and loved, and take care of his little brother.

Definitely worth a read.

I am loving this series – and this one is another winner. As the net widens in Ms. Knight's series, we get glimpses of previous couples as their lives intersect with the new leads.

Here another police officer, Reed, who was married for many years and has a teenage daughter, finds a man that pushes all his buttons. Embarking on this new relationship, in spite of many issues is a journey of faith, but plays out beautifully for them both. There are inequalities in the relationship, yet Ms. Knight has balanced them very carefully, and gives us a story which is moving, touching, and incredibly hot.

I like the instant connection that exists between these two men. Their chemistry is hot and scorches the pages. Yet their relationship is not just about the passion. There is a friendship between the men that Dakota will find himself relying on when the search for his baby brother begins to take its toll. I like that the author made Dakota’s search for his brother, as well as what happens to them later realistic, instead of making everything okay for them.

Readers of this book will find themselves eager to see what will happen and how things will end. The little twists and turns keep the story going and the way in which the story is wrapped up is well done.

There were some really cute/sweet parts to this story. I loved seeing Reed explore the “gay” side of his bisexuality with the open and somewhat “toppy” Dakota. It was a nice role reversal...If you’re a fan of the series, you’ll want to pick this one up, though you don’t have to have read the previous books to read this one.

Fans of gay virgins, toppy twinks, strippers, cops and Las Vegas will find plenty to like in this story.
